Equipment function:
The standard smoke box is used to detect the sensitivity, directivity, repeatability, high and low temperature, anti-ambient light interference and other characteristics of smoke alarm and detector. The equipment meets the requirements of GB 20517, GB4715, EN 14604, EN 54-7 and ISO standards. The standard smoke box consists of smoke box body, photoelectric smoke densitometer, heater, interference light source device, industrial control computer, etc., and complies with the standard specification parameters. Photoelectric smoke densitometer, used to detect the smoke concentration value in the smoke body, using imported components, photoelectric smoke densitometer adopts advanced optical design, to suppress the influence of ambient temperature on the sensor, to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test. The equipment is equipped with a built-in heater, which can automatically control the temperature in the cabinet to rise to 55+/-1 C at a rate of 1 C/min, and test the sensitivity value of the smoke detector under high temperature environment. Wind speed, smoke rate and temperature can be adjusted by the test software to meet the standard test requirements. Specially developed Zontest Smoke Test Tunnel software, software built-in test parameters, select the corresponding test items, can automatically run the test program, software for continuous monitoring of smoke concentration, smoke speed, temperature, record detector sensitivity value.

- Anti-ambient light interference test device: The test system includes two light flicker control methods, which meet different requirements of European standard and national standard test respectively. The standard number is selected by software, and the program automatically executes the corresponding flicker program.

- Data storage and output: the threshold value of alarm can be automatically displayed and recorded. Each test record includes threshold value, smoke rising rate, azimuth angle, serial number and time. The record table can be exported to excelformat.
